SWASHRAYA is on air from 5th November 2018. Community radio benziger 107.8 broadcast SWASHRAYA episodes every Monday, Wednesday, Friday evening 8.30pm. and repeat broadcasting every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning 11.15am. and an interaction session through live phone-in program is also planned to help clear the doubts of listeners on the topics covered in the previous episodes.
SWASHRAYA in community radio benziger 107.8 is a radio based open learning program . Comuntiy radio benziger in association with Community Health Nursing department of Bishop Benziger College of Nursing initiated this new program which aimed specially at women empowerment. It includes 5 units- health and its concepts;first aid and emergency care;basic patient care and care of bedridden patient;nutrition and environment health. These five units are discussed under 71 episodes.
